4. Give the assistance and professional advice of human resource management and organization to the business department to enhance the manage level.
5. Study the changed of staff and position continuous, establish the plan of the size of personnel to controlling the staff cost. Responsible for the talent team building and staff career design.
6. Enterprise culture building, maintenance, developing and broadcasting.
1. At least 10 years experience in the same field and around 35 years old. Major in the business management, MBA and relevant subject with at least bachelor degree, and the MBA, EMBA is perfect.
2. With concept and implementation experience in the modern enterprise human resource management. Have the professional training in the strategy management, group control, procedure rebuilding, information management, etc.
3. Have the working experience in all the branches of the human resource management and can give the conduction of all the branches.
4. Familiar with the laws and policies concerning the contract management, C&B policy, insurance and welfare, training and others in the company with different area.
