Location - Deerfield Beach, Florida

Job Description
 
-        Project Lead with 7 - 8 years of experience to drive initiatives and handle projects independently
-        Preparing a test plan, test case authoring and test case execution.
-        Excellent Communication & Soft skills. Should be able to articulate well on different phases of the project, risks, Challenges and status.
-        HP Quality Center : Should be able to drive the complete project through QC  (Requirements module, Dashboard model, etc.)
-       Solid process knowledge: provide root cause analysis and not just communicate defects
-       Experience with working with Offshore teams. 

 
Technical Skills:
 
1.  Minimum 5 Years on Mainframe with SQL
2.  Navigation & Validate the different Main Frame CICS Screens
3.  Usage of File Aid
4.  Expertise on VSAM files
5.  Knowledge on JCL
6.  Expertise on DB2 & Querying DB2
7.  Knowledge on Programming skills (Understanding basic Logic)
8.  Expertise on mainframe interfacing with distributed systems
