Job Description
Plant Engineer - Maintenance Manager
 
Our client, a leading packaging manufacturer , is in need of a high performing Plant Engineering and Maintenance Manager. This position will be located in a state of the art, high profile facility on the Missouri - Kansas border.
 
This position will provide proactive leadership, strategic direction, and parental support to the operations of the facility in the areas of process engineering, technology modernization, automation, and process & cost improvement.
 
Achieve industry benchmark status in the areas of safety, service, quality, equipment reliability, manufacturing efficiency/productivity, and profitability by effectively leading, leveraging, coordinating, and aligning the resources and assets of the plant.  
 
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Three to five years of related work experience
  • Experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience with Maintenance work order systems
  • Experience with Preventative Maintenance programs
