1 Junior role (Salary: $70K) 1 Senior role ($120K)   This spec is really the senior role but they are keen to hire someone in similar but junior experience capacity.

Responsibilities: 

1. Strategic Projects:

-Identifies and provides for global dependencies such as domain membership and trusts, DNS requirements, and external dependencies. -Implements said designs and responsible for maintaining compliance with environmental security and trust worthy computing policies. 

-Works on and may lead all phases of systems administration including definition, design, implementation, and testing.
2. Day to Day Management and Cross Functional Tasks: 
-Identifies and solves complex systems administration issues. Identifies potential solutions to resolve and prevent future service interruptions.-Automate regular operational tasks -Summarizes key elements of a technical problem and assigns cases to internal and external partners as necessary. -Supports all aspects of daily operational activities including account and resource management, backup/recovery and server hardware and software monitoring, maintenance and upgrades. -Deploys live site code changes and other data changes in conjunction with other technology teams. -Works closely with other technology teams for the deployment, configuration, system requirement validation and support of multiple services across an expansive and diverse production environment. -May manage interns 
3. Policy and Procedure Management: -Determines how to use resources to meet schedules and objectives. Build operational policies and procedures for successfully running assigned systems in a large enterprise environment.-Clearly document maintenance and support procedures for routine tasks -Provide drafting and review of technical documentation and Trouble Shooting Guides 

Desired Qualifications: 

- Expert knowledge of Linux- Senior scripting skills- Advanced knowledge of network communications protocols and network engineering concepts and troubleshooting commands and tools.- Sr-level experience with high traffic, internet-facing services- Experience with alerting and trending packages like Nagios and Cacti- Experience with managing build automation (ie kickstart, puppet, etc)- Experience with virtualization technology (Xen preferred)- Experience with Cisco networking hardware
