CRM Analyst - Digital Marketing!!
The Digital Marketing department for a global Fortune 1000 firm is looking for a qualified candidate to manage the configuration and administration of the CRM, Knowledge Management, and Mobile Applications.
-Configure CRM system functionality based upon approved business requirements
-Build custom reports and dashboards specific to job functions
-Create and maintain fields and workflows within the CRM application
-Create and maintain CRM documentation - policies, procedures and training content
-Monitor data integrations; identify and correct errors made by CRM users.
-Manage data imports and exports from the CRM system
-Management of data quality initiatives with the system
-Assist and coordinate with CRM support and Quality Assurance teams
-Configure and manage sales and marketing content in SharePoint and mobile knowledge management applications
-Develop and maintain training content for knowledge management solutions
-Develop custom reports to monitor resource / content utilization
-Manage the processes and procedures for adding, updating, and removing content
-Manage and administer the process for onboarding new mobile applications through the App Store
-Create and maintain Mobile Application documentation - policies, procedures and training content
-Configure Mobile Application system functionality based upon approved business requirements
-Build custom reports and dashboards detailing mobile application utilization and compliance
• Bachelor’s degree required, major in Marketing/Business/IT or equivalent discipline, preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in managing or administering CRM Systems, required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft SQL Server, required.
• Experience managing or administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM, preferred.
