Job Description

National Account Representative with an industry leader who has grown 45% year over year for the past 6 years. Sales to employers increased by 200% in 2012 over 2011 and poised for continued significant growth in 2013 and beyond.


In this role you will be working with organizations with over 1,000 employees selling cloud-based information technology to help companies reduce costs, expand market share, ensure compliance and improve consumer satisfaction. With the company being in growth mode, this role is heavily focused on new business acquisition. This is a high-level, consultative sale in this role.  Excellent prospecting skills are a must.

$80-105k base to make $230-250k on target with uncapped commissions, significant accelerators and the realistic opportunity to make well over $300k by overachieving.


Experience Required:

•5 – 7 years of sales experience selling Payroll and HR software/ services to large market and enterprise clients
•Must have managed a quota of over $750,000 Annually with Success
•Must be able to provide W2 information for last 3 years – earnings history must be at least $120K+

Recent hires have come from ADP, Paychex Major Markets, Paylocity, Kronos, Saba.
