We are in need of a Senior C# ASP.NET Developer Team Lead to build out an enterprise messaging platform for use by mass marketers. The position is here in NYC and is perfect for someone who is ready to make the transition into leadership in a small, cutting edge environment, while wanting to remain hands on. 

The ideal candidate will have experience with managing and mentoring a small team of developers while leading projects from start to finish and interfacing with both internal and external business stakeholders. We are in need of someone who has perfect written and verbal communication skills and who knows how to take initiative and move things forward with very little direction. 

This position entails brand new, full life cycle development (70%), as well as project management (30%). So, experience using basic management tools like MSWord, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc, is mandatory.

ASP.NET 3.5 or higher

Ability to manage timelines, deadlines
