Job Description

Commercial Real Estate Developer is seeking an Administrator for busy Construction Department.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties, prepare correspondence, screen phone calls, update various databases, copy/scan/fax documents, create and maintain project files.

Assist with estimating process

Interact with vendors, tenants and subs

 

Job Requirements:

 

3-5 years administrative experience

Proficient in Word and Excel

Strong organizational skills, must be able to effectively organize and prioritize

Follow up skills a must

Detail oriented and multi-tasker

Excellent phone manner, superb verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and must be a team player as well

Background in construction, real estate or property management a plus

Timberline software experience a plus
