Job Description

Department Function:
The Pay/Bill Department is responsible for the payment of Contractors' wages on a weekly/monthly basis, and on-charging the cost to our clients.  The Department also deals with the matching and payment of supplier invoices, overhead invoices, reconciliation of supplier statements, posting of journals to the correct accounts and dealing with internal & external queries.

Role Objective:
To provide timely, professional and efficient support to the Pay/Bill Department, to build client and key supplier relationships and to maintain a flexible approach within all areas of the business.
