Electrical Controls / Automation Systems Engineer

 Our client, a large tier 1 automotive supplier, has an immediate opening for an electrical controls / industrial automation engineer.  This individual will be responsible for programming, maintaining, and troubleshooting all PLC's, HMI's, and robotics controls.  

The successful candidate will meet the following MINIMUM requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field or rquivalent experience
  
• Experience with PLC, HMI and robotics controls programming
  
• Specific experience with Allen Bradley is required
  
• Experience in automotive manufacturing
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
  

The following skills are highly desirable:

• AutoCAD or similar design experience
  
• Fannuc robotic controls experience
  
• Siemens programming experience
  
• Ability to program from scratch
