Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

 

LifeScience Logistics Client Services Supervisors are hired to build relationships with our team of Customer Service Representatives and Accounts Receivable Representatives.  They must have a ‘can do’ attitude and a great sense of Teamwork.  LifeScience Logistics associates are enthusiastic and passionate about serving our clients.   The Supervisor will manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service call center and the outsourced accounts receivable team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Build a team of Client Focused associates
  • Take Ownership of the Client Services operations
  • Monitor and score inbound/outbound calls
  • Manage adherence to standard ‘talk time’
  • Provide feedback and coach associates
  • Manage adherence to schedules
  • Be Resourceful in meeting team goals
  • Effectively manage and prioritize work
  • Successfully deliver Special Projects on time
  • Maintain High Standards for team
  • Review and approve adjustment transactions proposed by Accounts Receivable associates
  • Monitor and approve month-end close process for AR
  • Handle escalated issues/calls
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Communications, Business, Accounting or other related fields or Associates Degree with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience
  • 1 to 2 years Supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus – not required
  • Flexible schedule (FT hours 10 AM CT to 7 PM CT) OR  (PT hours 2 PM CT to 7 PM CT)

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to successfully pass all preliminary employment requirements (i.e., background check and drug screen).
  • Must be able to travel up to 30%.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Demonstration of the following:
    • Effective time management skills,
    • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills,
    • Ability to conduct appropriate research as needed,
    • Strong presentation skills,
    • Attention to detail and organization,
    • Critical thinking, and
    • Interest to work in a fast-paced environment.
