Training & Development Manager (closed)
Our Client, a leading FMCG Company in Saudi Arabia, presently has an opportunity for a Training & Development Manager in Jeddah.
The successful candidate will partner with the business regarding training and development needs within its functions and provide ongoing, long term improvement of employees’ skills.
You will manage training needs and programs; work closely with line managers to determine training needs; translate skill gaps analysis into training needs and training plans; develop training and training material; brief and manage training agencies; execute training; assess training effectiveness; manage company values; manage behavioral and functional competencies grid; manage succession planning and performance management; design and implement training & development procedures; manage Training & Development Officers.
To qualify for this position you will hold a Bachelor degree, with major preferably in HR. Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) or other relevant degrees will be considered. You should possess a minimum of 6 years relevant working experience. Excellent understanding in reading and writing of Arabic and English is essential.
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills you will excel at encouraging and motivating people. You will possess outstanding organisational, planning, administrative and presentation skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You should be an effective negotiator and strong team player.
