We are seeking a Human Resource Assistant for a hands-on support role providing exemplary customer service to an internal client base which requires balancing multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment in order to fulfill business needs. 

This position will perform a wide variety of Human Resource administrative duties including:

  • Assist in Human Resource administrative duties associated with employees such as on boarding, promotions, benefits, and other duties as assigned. 
  • Create and develop interview schedules for management
  • Create offer letters and handle all administrative duties associated with recruitment of new talent.
  • Assist in maintaining HR records and compile reports including ad hoc reporting.
  • Coordinate delivery and execution of HR related programs;
  • Perform various other related duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ year of administrative experience in a fast paced creative (marketing/sales) environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with high level of responsiveness
  • Possess high level of organization skills with the ability to prioritize projects;
  • Ability to effectively manage sensitive and confidential situations;
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline
  • Support of Human Resource and Talent Acquisition department
  • Avid user of social media and understanding of social engagement programs with employee base.
