Overall Job Summary:  Responsible for the design, development and implementation of SAP FICO.  The SAP/FICO expert of the SAP Competency Center ensures all FICO related processes managed through the SAP ERP applications are running smoothly all around the globe

Minimum Education Requirements: 

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or Management Information Systems OR 4 years of equivalent external work experience in the business area, from an IT and business perspective.

Minimum Experience Requirements: 

• 4 - 7 years of SAP implementation experience in FI/CO area, with at least 5 years hands-on

• All round design, configuration and testing of SAP with emphasis on:
  • Design, configuration and testing of core FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR)
  • Design, configuration and testing of Asset Management
  • Design, configuration and testing of CO-PA
  • Experience with report writer and report painter
  • Experience with product costing and material ledger
  • Experience and knowledge of key integration points with FI/CO modules
  • Experience with SAP Idoc Knowledge preferred
  • Experience with Vertex Integration preferred

•  Secondary Skills should be around knowledge of the following areas:
  • SAP related project and configuration experience specific to SAP Tax Configuration for Sales/Use/VAT/Withholding Tax, 3rd Party Tax Bolt-On Solutions, Product Costing, Material Ledger or CO-Profitability Analysis
  • SAP BW/BI experience &/or knowledge
  • Participation on IT and cross-functional teams
  • Sarbanes-Oxley knowledge & experience
  • Must have a minimum of one prior full cycle implementation experience, preferably multiple.  Prior experience in a multinational environment is considered a plus
