Role: PeopleSoft Technology Lead
Status: Direct-Hire, No Sponsorship, must be US Citizen or Green Card.
Location: Tampa, Florida – no relocation
Job Responsibilities will include:
Thorough knowledge of requirements elicitation and analysis tools and techniques in order to deliver
Ensure design, build and implementation of work product; participate in requirements elicitation, validation of architecture, creation and review of design.
Perform high and low level design, provide pseudo codes, implements the prototype and does design reviews IN ORDER TO deliver design documents as per customer requirements.
Guide team in developing optimized high quality code deliverable ( code configuration and documentation) ,perform code deliverable reviews and unit test plan reviews ,conduct independent testing and sign off code release for testing.
Lead the team for integration/system/performance testing based on integration and system test plans and support UAT.
Interface with customer for issue resolution ,provide status updates ,build customer confidence in Team’s ability to deliver
Technical and Behavioral Skills will include:
Deep technical skills in:
• PeopleSoft App Designer
• App Engine
• Migration of Projects
• SQR & Reports
• Application Packages
• Component Interfaces
• PS Query.
Working knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices in order to remove and prevent defects.
Broad knowledge of testing types, tools and best practices and processes to create test strategy and plan to validate entire system against requirements.
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
Atleast 2+ years of hands on experience in implementing, maintaining an end to end PS HRMS implementation from PSAdmin perspective.
Standard Software installs as it pertains to Oracle/PeopleSoft
Requesting and applying Certificates for HTTPS
PeopleSoft Environment Builds / Refresh Activities
Deploying PIA, Starting and Stopping PIA
PIA changes to fix errors
Securing the console login, SSL setup
Configuration of Application server domain parameters
SiteMinder library setup for Single Sign On
Configuration of Process Scheduler domain parameters
Starting and Stopping Process Schedulers
Creating new Process Scheduler domains
Changes to Process Scheduler domain to fix errors
Integration Broker setup (including Node setup, Messaging)
BS/BA degree with 5+ years of experience
