Job Description
US IT supports and develops internal systems and applications for use by PWC staff in all areas of the Firm.

The Service Management function manages the relationship between US IT Operations and Line of Service customers to supply high quality IT Operational services.
Basic Qualifications/Preferred Skills & Knowledge
Knowledge Preferred:

Extensive knowledge of the ITIL v3 IT Service Management industry standard practices

Demonstrated knowledge of the technology environments, services and operations provided to our business units

Demonstrated experience managing operations for Line of Service applications as well as enterprise applications & services

Demonstrated knowledge of information technology general controls concepts in the areas of systems development, change management, computer operations

Demonstrated experience identifying and assessing business process controls and linkage to IT systems

Demonstrated experience appropriately applying internal control principles and business/technical knowledge including Application Controls and IT General Controls

Demonstrated experience analyzing internal controls and evaluating internal control deficiencies

Crystal Report Writing skills are a plus.
CISA certification a plus.

Skills Preferred:

Customer Relationship Management experience

Offshore vendor management experience

Demonstrated ability to:

Promote open, transparent and clear communications

Provide relevant, accurate and up to date information

Enhance communications between teams using personal exchanges, teleconferences, and video conference

ITIL v3 Certification preferred

Minimum Years of Experience Necessary:

8 years of IT experience

Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required:

Additional Requirements

Demonstrated Customer Relationship Management experience required

Proven ability to design complex Excel spreadsheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and graphical presentations.
