As part of the “R”Us store leadership team, store managers play a vital role in running a growing business and helping to ensure that “R”Us customers receive excellent customer service and enjoy their in-store experience. “R”Us store managers are responsible for motivating a team of sales associates to perform at high levels and ensure that stores are clean, safe and well organized for every customer who visits.

Store managers are also responsible for:

• Day-to-day store operations
• Ensuring exceptional customer and sales associate satisfaction
• Overseeing and providing guidance for inventory control, merchandising, human resources, safety, asset protection and expense control
• Inspiring employees to do their very best
