Overall purpose of the role
 
To provide an effective and efficient sales function, which maximises all sales opportunities presented. To work effectively as a team to achieve productivity and revenue goals.
 
 
Responsibilities 
· To maximise sales potential at every opportunity
· Achieve personal sales and customer excellence targets
· Meet the minimum required standard in all personal impact competencies
· Maximise productive time by achieving call-handling targets
· Understand and work towards both business and departmental targets
· Support your team in order to achieve team targets
· Delivering customer excellence, by cross-selling products and services where appropriate
· Proactively build relationships with internal and external customers
· Leading by example and promoting a competitive attitude within the team
· Using your own initiative to continue to learn about new products and services
· Participate openly in your personal development and accept constructive feedback
· To be flexible in approach and support your line manager in any reasonable request

The successful candidate will be sociable, a team player, eager to succeed and enjoy working within a friendly, lively, and proactive environment. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a desire to exceed targets, and be able to hit the ground running once training has been completed. Commercial mindset and a good grip post training of the core objection handling skills will be essential.
