We have several immediate contract needs for Java Developers and Lead Developers for a major Healthcare company in Richardson, TX.  This client is known as one of the better places to work for contractors offering a great working environment and long term assignments.  These projects are scheduled through December 31, 2012.

TITLE:  CONTRACT - JAVA DEVELOPER & LEAD DEVELOPER
DURATION:  Project through December 31, 2012

Core Skills:
•SOLID in Java 5 programming (SCJP certification preferred)
•SOLID in Spring framework (MVC, IOC, JDBC, etc)
•Experience in developing web services and consuming web services (CXF)
•Expertise using Microsoft SQL server 2005
•Hands on experience of IBM IDE RAD 7 and above & IBM WAS Versions 6 & 6.1.
•Knowledge/understanding of iLog, Jrules
•Person will be working on all layers of the application development (presentation, application, persistence, etc)
•Experience working in an agile environment

Front end Skills:
•SOLID in Creating JSP pages, write JavaScript, use style sheets
•SOLID in writing JavaScript, Create/update CSS
•SOLID in Ajax/JSON, experience using various JQuery functions
•SOLID in Spring MVC, IOC (writing view model controllers)

Back end Skills:
•Writing SQL to Create, Read, Update and Delete information from SQL server database/tables
•Ability to write in-line SQL statements from Java programs using JDBC template
•Knowledge of creating/reading/updating stored procedures, etc
•Knowledge building and deploying code on Web sphere infrastructure
•Define variable and properties for the application
•Trouble shoot application issues
•Review Web sphere logs

IDE
•SOLID experience working in an Integrated development environment using Java
•Rational Application Developer, version 6
•Experience using Query analyzer to analyze and debug SQL
