IT Outsourcing Sales Executive - Energy (Oil & Gas) Vertical

Our client is a global provider of high quality and cost-effective Information Technology Services. An onsite/onshore/offshore company that provides value-added outsourcing solutions to their customers. The successful candidates will sell Application Development, Application Management, Custom Product Development, etc. Services. They are seeking experienced professionals with IT Outsourcing sales experience in the ENERGY (OIL & GAS) vertical.

The company currently has (3) positions which can be located anywhere in US. The successful candidate MUST have 5+ years experience selling ITO Services to F500 - 1000 Companies in the ENERGY (OIL & GAS) vertical. Base Cities: Anywhere in US (virtual)
Relocation: NO
Company Size: Large, Tier 1 Outsourcing Services Provider
Travel Requirements: 30%

Base Salary: $125K-$175K (depending on experience)
On Target Earnings (OTE): $300K-$350K

Desired Specialty Background: IT Outsourcing sales into the ENERGY (OIL & GAS) vertical.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* MBA or MS Desired, Bachelor's Required.
* SME in the Offshore Outsourcing space in the ENERGY (OIL & GAS) vertical is essential.
* Work closely with Project Teams to close new business.
* Approx. 5-10 years experience in Information Technology Outsourcing (Application Development, Application Management, etc.) sales.
* Client likes candidates from companies like: Accenture, Infosys, IBMGS, Cognizant, Capgemini, Wipro, HCL, EDS, Keane, Patni, CSC etc.
* 5-10 years hands-on experience managing IT Outsourcing territory.
* Demonstrated capability of achieving IT efficiencies by reducing IT spend using innovative strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* This person will manage the overall ENERGY (OIL & GAS) vertical in their respective territory, responsible for bringing in new IT Outsourcing revenue.
* Be the single point-of-contact for all Company activity within the Territory.
* Own a substantial revenue target and be responsible for steady annual growth.
* Represent the Company at all executive-level forums within the territory.
* Understand the technology and Offshore Outsourcing platforms to craft solutions (w/ pre-sales teams) to match customer needs.
