No Visa's. This hospital is looking for three general internal medicine physicians to form a hospital-owned outpatient practice. This would be an employed position, outpatient only, and it would be building a three physician practice so call ultimately would be 1 in 3. Financial: - A base salary of $162k plus incentive comp potential for another $20k. Other benefits would be 35 days PTO/annum, 10 days/annum CME, CME allowance of $4k, sign on bonus of $15k (paid on first day of work), 3 months temporary housing allowance at $1.2k/month, relocation, and the other standard benefits they offer our employed physicians.
