M&A / Corporate Lawyer – Leading Law firm – Perth , Australia – 1-3 PQE

A leading International law firm with offices throughout Australia is currently seeking an experienced M&A / Corporate lawyer. You will be joining an experienced team providing a broad range of services in Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital markets.

Ideally candidates will have 1-3 PQE and have previous experience in M&A , Corporate or Banking & Finance. A high level of excellence in client service is essential to be successful in this role .

The ideal candidate will also have the following skills:

• Verbal communication
• Interpersonal skills

The client are looking for a candidate that has Qualified in Australia or the UK with a genuine desire to work in Australia.
