This position will be responsible for managing the full candidate life cycle process including sourcing, identification, screening, managing the interview process and closing. Successful Recruiters are aggressive, knowledgeable, and persuasive sales professionals who don't easily take no for an answer and who make providing the very best customer service priority one.
Implement recruiting campaigns to attract quality candidates for contract work
Develop and managing candidate relationships
Ability to source passive candidates through networking
Conduct indirect recruiting through major job boards
Familiarity with social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Experience working with efficient Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience opening new accounts through recruiting efforts
Correctly break down requisitions on technology and business needs
Being able to develop trusting relationships with candidates and clients
Hardworking, motivated to deliver daily
Exemplary honesty and integrity
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical recruiting or business experience in an Information Services or IT environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and follow through
- Superb negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize
- Has an urgency to close business
- Must be self-motivated, be a team player, and possess a high standard of integrity.
