• Hands on experience in Java/J2EE, Web services, Spring integration, JSF, JSP, Ajax
• Java 4, 5, Service Oriented Architectures, IntelliJ/Eclipse, JBoss, Apache, Log4J, Oracle, Hibernate, XML, Ant, JUnit
• Experience in the following preferred: SOAP, REST/RESTful web Services, Apache CXF, Apache Camel, UML tools, Clustering and Replication software, Enterprise Services Busses, Axis, JMS, AOP, Spring
• Thorough knowledge of SDLC, especially Agile development methods
• Strong and effective communication skills, written and oral, for all levels to various audience
