Senior J2EE / Sun Access Manager Developer

Job Description

Position responsible for design, coding and testing for various key projects for Single Sign on Application. Should be key lead developer in delivering application solutions to production and also work efficiently with offshore team(s) to achieve this. Should effectively and efficiently interact with various IT teams across other organizations.

Position is also responsible for design, coding, testing of new Work requests, maintenance (IRs) and daily monitoring systems issues and customer/presidential escalations. Will also be responsible for the systems architecture and performance. Position demands extensive experience in working on large projects using technologies such as Sun Identity Management suite (Access Manager, Directory server etc), SAML J2EE, Weblogic , Oracle, Hibernate etc. Will require a thorough understanding of software design, testing and performance tuning for J2EE Applications.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge on Sun Identity Management suite (Access Manager, Directory server etc), SAML, J2EE, Weblogic 10/8, Oracle, XML, AJAX, SOAP and SQLs along with strong Web Development experience.

• Should have extensive knowledge and hands on experience on Struts, Java faces frameworks and should be familiar with Eclipse, JUnit tools
• Should have hands strong experience running application environments on Solaris and Linux OS 
• Should have strong hands on experience with CVS and Clearcase version control tools
• Should have strong design concepts and hands on experience with UML modeling

Leadership experience and skills to guide others as needed is also needed

Desire Skills

• Master Degree Preferred

• Sun Certified Java Programmer preferred 

Sun Certification in identity management preferred 

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years of development experience in Sun Identity Management suite (Access Manager, Directory server etc), SAML, J2EE, Weblogic 8/10, Oracle, SQL/PLSQL and struts framework required. 
• Hands on development and production experince on multiple platforms (Unix/Linux) required.
