5 Javascript Applications Developers in Richardson, TX.

3 of the 5 are for 12+ month contracts

2 of the 5 are for direct hire (perm)

 

Industry: Financial Software

Location: Richardson, TX (Campbell & 75 area)

Position: Javascript Developer (5 positions)

Type: Both Direct Hire and 12 month contracts open

 

Experienced JavaScript Developers will participate in the full software development life cycle creating, maintaining, enhancing and implementing software solutions for the financial services industry.

 

Knowledge / Experience:

-5+ years of Javascript development

-Dojo experience preferred......(or good experience with JQuery, Google web Toolkit, Prototype, WUI, Scriptilicious...etc..).

 

-Experience with third-party frameworks such as Spring, and/or experience in UI and web service development libraries utilizing JSON, and SOAP/REST is required.

-Experience using Object Relational Mapping frameworks (e.g., Hibernate) to add, retrieve, and update data from large scale RDBMS solutions. 

-Understanding of data modeling and indexing techniques.

-Understanding or experience with Java development

-Experienced with multi-tier applications using distributed network infrastructure for client, application, and data tier components.

-Experience in software product development highly desirable.

-Experienced with Test Driven Development highly desirable.

 

Looking for someone that is:  experienced with OO design principles and implementation, good JavaScript and JavaScript Toolkits, experience with testing frameworks, experience with source code control and experienced at using a process oriented approach to development, unit testing, code quality, etc

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Validate that all SDLC processes are being followed

Contribute to SDLC process improvement efforts

Communicate status, changes from published plans, escalate issues, and manage expectations for owned components

Prepares development estimates
