Experience building mission critical and industrial strength (heavy data and volumes) using Java and UNIX platform.
Collaborative – Ability to work with technical staff that can be geographically dispersed (within USA and India).
 
Experience/Qualifications:
(Essential) BA/BS required (Computer Science concentration preferred)
(Essential) Candidates will possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, IT solution design experience of complex, large-scale, and strategic projects.
With experience of both technical infrastructure and software architecture, ideally working for a dynamic system integrator / value-add partner / solution provider in an external customer-focused environment.
(Essential) Detailed knowledge of software architecture principles and Methodologies.
(Essential) Be customer focused - able to present technical information and concepts to non-technical people
(Essential) Competency in one or more technologies and how best to utilize them in a building out a solution
(Essential) Competent in database technologies, specifically as they would pertain to high throughput transactional and/or large data warehousing solutions.
(Important/Nice to have) Solution design experience of portal services, directory and identity services, collaboration tools, networking solutions - both LAN and WAN infrastructure, server, desktop and storage architectures.
(Important) Strong industry experience in one or more industry area, including Healthcare, Financial service and Retail/Packages good.
(Important)History of successfully managing a team of technologist (Team size: 2-7).
Successfully engaged on projects from Inception through completion.
Experience in using multiple technologies developing Web based UI.
