Position: GUI Developer Tech Lead

Job Description:

• Technical Lead - Responsible for leading the design, development, testing, and support of software solutions addressing business opportunities.
• This role will involve minimal hands on coding.
• The candidate will lead a technical team including offshore resources.
• The candidate will be focused on providing high quality, flexible, cost effective solutions that meet corporate standards.
• The candidate will work well with Developers, Architects, BSAs, PMs, and mid level management.

Skills:

• Experience in all SDLC life cycle phases like Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Design, Development, Unit Testing.
• Strong knowledge in Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, Struts, Spring, Ejb,Web Services, SQL, Oracle and UNIX
• Knowledge on different Oracle, DB2, SQL server.
• Experience with application architecture and design
• Knowledge of application build and deployment and Configuration management tools
• Strong communication skills to convey technical issues to non-technical / business resources
• Ability to provide directional solutions with options
• Ability to review developer code
