Typical salaries - $500k - $10m packages with an average of $700k at 30% fees. The company is still in its' infancy with a handful of people and a desire to attract and employ talented individuals with the above mentioned domain knowledge on board to strengthen and expand their market share and ensure they become an ever increasing dominant force. The payment structure is one of the best in recruitment where up to 45% of billings can be earned! Quite exceptional!

The Role

To establish a new arm to the business - commodities to the upstream oil & gas vertical. Lots of new business and leveraging off existing relationships from your own sources. For very seasoned individuals, there may be an option to create a sub-brand and gain equity, but this depends on experience and figures.

The Candidate

You have been working in this market for a minimum of 2 years and generated north of £300k per year (on average). You have a loyal following and feel you will be able to get up to speed quickly in the right vehicle and prove yourself to be a competant and capable recruiter. It is essential that the recruitment you have undertaken has been utilising executive search in its true form.
