Our client an established media/advertising company is looking for several strong developers to join their agile software development team.  You will create an end-to-end ad platform that enables business to get new business through the internet and track the ROI.  You will work on a variety of systems from core billing to a telephony solution.

Responsibilities

• This role will work on everything from UI/UX, back-end, content management, messaging, database systems & web services.
• The right person wants to be involved in design, coding, testing as well as running the systems.
• You will solve a variety of complex and challenging business issues using cutting edge technology.
• You will constantly be improving things as they always look for ways to improve their products.
• This is a completely collaborative environment and everyone helps and is expected to improve any piece of code.
• Java is their main language, but they also use JavaScript, Python, and Groovy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering experience 
• Excellent coding and design skills.
• You enjoy writing software and take pride in what you build.
• You should be the person that everyone says is the great programmer.
• Java Experience
• Experience in SQL, as well as dealing with PostgreSQL
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in an Agile shop is a huge plus
• Should have exposure to Linux, JavaScript, Python, and other open source languages
• BS or above from a top tier Computer Science program
