Sr. Manager - Order Management (closed)
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
• Mange team members to include individual performance feedback and participation in performance evaluations
• Lead and mentor team as needed to ensure they execute against team objectives and performance targets
• Manage project scope, budget, resources, deliverables, client relationship, issue escalation and issue resolution
• Must also understand core business requirements, and attain these goals and objectives within the mutually agreed upon budget, timeline and resource parameters
• Must be proactive in identifying critical business, technical, and/or operational issues and then drive issues to closure.
• Must ensure appropriate level of business, technical, and/or operational issues and then drive issues to closure
• Must ensure appropriate level of executive sponsorship, operations representation and project staffing
• Develop professional relationships with client and internal team members, including executive sponsor
• Understand and enforce project implementation methodology
• Able to quantify metrics for success at go-live and thereafter
• Completes project status reports and actively participates in status meetings with project team
• Maintains budget and budget forecasting
• Performs ongoing risk-analysis
• Develops and mentors project team members
Position Requirements
Requirements:
• BS Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Information Systems
• 7-10 years of software implementation experience with Warehouse Management, Labor Management, or Supply Chain experience
• 5+ years order management program experience inclusive of change management (progressive discipline policies, incentive programs, supervisor training, etc) is required
• Must also have 3 years of experience managing implementation services teams
• Java or VB knowledge is a plus (not required)
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, Access)
• Extensive software troubleshooting skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Average Travel: 50-75%
